Returns and Claims

Warrior King Society merchandise is fulfilled by Printful. If you receive a misprinted, damaged, or defective item, claims must be submitted within 30 days of receiving your product. For lost packages, claims must be made within 30 days of the estimated delivery date. If Printful determines the issue is on their end, they will cover the costs.

To initiate a return due to defects, please submit a problem report through Printful.

Return Address & Processing

The return address is automatically set to the Printful facility where your order was fulfilled. When a return is received, you will get an automated email notification. Unclaimed returns will be donated to charity after 30 days.

If you choose not to use Printful's facility as the return address, you assume liability for any returned shipments.

Incorrect Address & Unclaimed Shipments

  • Wrong Address: If an incorrect address is provided, the shipment will be returned to Printful. You will be responsible for reshipment costs once the correct address is confirmed.
  • Unclaimed Shipments: Orders that are unclaimed are returned to Printful and will require reshipment at your expense.
  • Non-registered Printful Users: If you have not registered on Printful and added a billing method, orders returned due to incorrect addresses or unclaimed shipments will not be reshipped and will be donated to charity at your cost (without refund).

Items Not Eligible for Return

  • Sealed Goods (e.g., Face Masks): Due to health and hygiene regulations, sealed items cannot be returned once opened.
  • Buyer’s Remorse: Printful does not accept returns due to buyer’s remorse or size exchanges. If you wish to offer size exchanges, you must place a new order at your own expense.

Special Notice for Customers in Brazil

Customers in Brazil may return an item within 7 days of receiving it, provided it is unused and in its original condition. Contact customer service with a photo of the item to begin the return process. If the product is found to be used or damaged, a refund will not be issued.

EU Consumer Rights Notice

Under Directive 2011/83/EU, the right of withdrawal does not apply to:

  1. Goods made to customer specifications or personalized items.
  2. Sealed goods that are unsealed after delivery and are not suitable for return due to health protection or hygiene concerns.
  3. Printful reserves the right to refuse returns at its discretion.
